The park honors those affected by the Trail of Tears through thoughtfully designed spaces, including an educational visitors center, History Wall, Memorial Wall, and the Removal Routes Amphitheater. Visitors can also enjoy the Hiwassee Wildlife Refuge, scenic walking trails, and opportunities for boating and fishing, creating a meaningful blend of history, nature, and quiet contemplation.
